Tried logging into account today after setting up last week. Getting "Access Denied" You do not have permission to access this content. Sent a message to their support and am not getting a response. So far this is a terrible experience with this product and I do not recommend this at all.

This is a collection of tools, brought together, and packaged. It is a great suite of tools, but I found the UI was not very practical. A more polished presentation would make it much better - but for $30... It's great :)
